AS8115 is a SMC Product developed for electrical product applications. This product is in process of UL approval UL-94 V-0 @ 1.5 mm/UL-94 5VA @ 3.0mm. This series provides excellent electrical properties while also providing moderate strength.

Material Series: AS8250FR
SERIES DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION
AS-8250 is a SMC that allows for high strength performance with higher Tensile Elongation than other Structural SMC’s. The product has the unique ability to be customized for low shrink and the ability to be compliant to UL VO properties. Parts such as heat shields, prosthetics, and battery boxes are ideal. The material flows and fills large parts that are often difficult with other high glass SMC’s.

SERIES DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION
AS8660 is a highly engineered Epoxy Sheet Molding Compound. This material was designed to have high strength with the ease of NO REFRIDGERATION REQUIRED. This room temperature stable Epoxy SMC flows well and has been used in highly structural parts that have passed stringent requirements for performance. The material can be modified to fit a variety of applications that need other properties. Material has been commercially molded inlarge parts (over 30 lbs.) with thick sidewalls. Depending on the applications it can be molded from 225 F to 310 F.
